Gubernatorial Candidate Smith Stumps in Union CountyRepublican gubernatorial candidate Fred Smith, a state senator from Clayton, stopped in "We're hitting 100 counties," Smith said between stops at Smith, who has served as a county commissioner and three terms in the state Senate says he thinks Raleigh is ready for change and that he is that change.
